February 16, 1999 ACCESS TO FCC LIBRARY TO BE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED Effective February 17, 1999, the FCC Library, Room 639, 1919 M St., NW, Washington, DC, will temporarily limit access to its collection. Limiting access to the library collection is necessary during the relocation of the Library to the Portals II building. The Library will move in two stages. During the first stage of the move, beginning on February 17, 1999, access to infrequently used collections, such as the microfilm collection and legislative histories, will be suspended. During the second stage, which will occur from February 22-26, 1999, access to the entire Library collection and staff will be suspended in order to complete the relocation effort. Once the Library move is completed, on about March 1, 1999, access to the Library collection will resume.
