        WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ANNOUNCES ENFORCEMENT 
           AND CONSUMER INFORMATION DIVISION PERSONNEL CHANGE

     
Rose M. Crellin Named Deputy Chief

     Rose M. Crellin has been named a Deputy Chief of the Wireless Bureau's Enforcement and
Consumer Information Division.  Crellin joined the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau in July 1998. 
She was previously with the Common Carrier Bureau Enforcement and Policy Divisions.  She has
worked on proceedings regarding the deregulation of customer premises equipment, Computer II,
Computer III, Open Network Architecture, and Payphones.  She has also worked on formal complaints
and tower siting environmental enforcement.  

     Crellin is an economist and attorney.  Crellin graduated from the University of Southern California
and George Mason University Law School.
