Wasilewski Named Associate Chief Thomas Wasilewski has been named Associate Chief of the Policy Division in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Wasilewski comes from the International Bureau's Telecommunications Division. He served there as the Chief of the Multilateral and Development Branch, which is responsible for representing the FCC in international organizations, coordinating participation in bilaterals and providing assistance in negotiations, and providing regulatory assistance and training programs for newly- established regulators. Previously, Wasilewski served as a Policy Advisor at the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration. Wasilewski worked on a number of Executive Branch policy initiatives including the G7 Conference on Information Society and the Global Information Infrastructure: Agenda for Cooperation. Wasilewski received his MSc. from the University of York's Economics Department, England and his BA from the University of Notre Dame. - FCC -
