On September, 15, 1995, Metropolitan Houston Paging Services, Inc. (Metropolitan) filed a petition to dismiss Parkway Paging, Inc.'s (Parkway) above-captioned application. The Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch dismissed the application by Public Notice dated November 1, 1995, rendering Metropolitan's petition moot. 2.
