On September 13, 1995, Radio Communications Specialists, Inc. (RCS) filed a request for dismissal of Donald F. Inks, Jr.'s (Inks) above-captioned application. Subsequently, Inks failed to respond to the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch request for additional information on the application. As a result, on its own motion, the Narrowband Branch dismissed Inks' application by Public Notice, rendering RCS' petition moot. 2.
