This erratum amends the Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the above-captioned proceeding as follows: (a) Amend paragraph 24, fourth sentence by changing the word "seconds" to "degrees." The amended sentence should read as follows: "The partitioned service area must be defined by coordinate points at every 3 degrees along the partitioned service area agreed to by both parties, unless (1) an FCC-recognized service area is utilized (i.e., Major Trading Area, Basic Trading Area, Metropolitan Service Area, Rural Service or Economic Area) or (2) county lines are followed." (b) Amend footnote 82 by changing the word "second" to "degree." The footnote should read as follows: "For example, if a licensee desires to partition its license only for the service area needed by a rural telephone company, it will simply provide coordinate data points at each 3 degree point extending from the center of the service area (i.e., at the 3 degree, 6 degree, 9 degree, 12 degree, etc. azimuth points with respect to true north). (c) Amend Section 24.714(b)(1) of the rules, second sentence, as set forth in Appendix B, by changing the word "seconds" to "degrees."
