On February 23, 1995, Autophone of Laredo, Inc. (Autophone) filed applications to expand its existing two-way paging service in the 454.325 MHz and 454.050 MHz channels at Laredo, Texas. Border to Border Communications, Inc. (Border to Border) filed Petitions to Dismiss or Deny the applications on April 14 and May 11, 1995. Subsequently, on its own motion, the Commercial Wireless Division's Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch (formerly the Narrowband Branch) dismissed Autophone's applications in two Public Notices. These dismissals render Border to Border's Petitions to Dismiss or Deny moot. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 4(i) and 309(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and 309(d), and authority delegated by section 0.331 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, and pursuant to section 22.130 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  22.130, the Petition to Dismiss or Deny filed by Border to Border Communications, Inc. on April 14, 1995 and the Petition to Dismiss or Deny filed by Border to Border Communications, Inc. on May 11, 1995 ARE DISMISSED as moot.
