To access the FCC Auction BBS, use a communications package that can handle at least Xmodem protocol (such as PcAnyWhere, Procomm, or Microsoft Terminal in Windows 3.x) to dial in to (202) 6825851. Use the settings of 8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit (8,N,1).
