                        DISMISSES REQUEST
                                
     On March 24, 1998, Silver Palm Communications, Inc., (Silver Palm) filed an Emergency Request
for Set Aside of its Conditional Grant and Return of the 800 MHz EA Application to Pending Status
(Request) until the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) released a public notice commencing the
relocation period for incumbents in the Upper 200 channels of the 800 MHz band.
On December 4, 1998, the Bureau released a public notice (relocation notice), which announced a time
period for the relocation of incumbents in the upper 200 channels by Economic Area (EA) licensees. The
release of the relocation notice renders Silver Palm's Request moot.
