   STATEMENT OF COMMISSIONER GLORIA TRISTANI ON COMMISSIONER
                    SUSAN NESS' ANNOUNCEMENT

For the past seven years, Susan Ness has made great contributions to the Commission
and the public interest.  I commend her for her knowledge, her dedication to hard work, her
integrity, and her friendship.  Her presence will be missed, and I wish her the best in her future
endeavors.
