MOBILITY FUND PHASE I
DEFAULT ON EIGHT AUCTION 901 WINNING BIDS DETERMINEDBy this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Wireline Competition
Bureau (“Bureaus”) announce the default on eight Mobility Fund Phase I (Auction 901) winning bids
identified in Attachment A of this Public Notice.
On October 3, 2012, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announced the 795
winning bids and associated winning bidders for Mobility Fund Phase I support in Auction 901, and
established the deadline for winning bidders to submit their long-form applications.1 The winning bidder
identified on Attachment A submitted its long-form application and subsequently defaulted on all of its
winning bids. Attachment A of this Public Notice lists all of the defaulted bids. Support is not authorized
for these defaulted bids.2 The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will issue an invoice for
immediate payment of the auction default amounts identified in Attachment A.
