Washington, D.C. 20554

In the Matter of

Amendment of Section 73.202(b),
FM Table of Allotments,
FM Broadcast Stations.
(Various Locations)

Adopted: June 13, 2013

Released: June 14, 2013

By the Assistant Chief, Audio Division, Media Bureau:
1. This Order updates the FM Table of Allotments ("FM Table"),1 to reinstate five vacant FM
allotments in various communities in Maryland, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming that were
removed from FM Auction 94, because these allotments were not listed in the FM Table.2 The attached
Appendix shows the FM Table, as amended, for those communities.
2. These vacant allotments have previously undergone notice and comment rule making, but they
were inadvertently removed from the FM Table by Changes of Community R&O.3 Therefore, we find for
good cause that further notice and comment are unnecessary.4
3. The Commission will not send a copy of this Order pursuant to the Congressional Review Act,
see 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A), because these allotments were previously reported.
