By the Resident Agent, Buffalo Office, Enforcement Bureau:

                                

          On January  28, 2003  the Commission's  Buffalo  Office 
released a  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  (``Notice'').   This 
erratum corrects a numbering error in the released Notice.

     1.   This  erratum  amends  the   Notice  by  changing   the 
          NAL/Account    number    from    ``200332280004''    to 
          ``200332280006'' in  each instance  it appears  in  the 
          document.
