By the  Resident Agent, Norfolk Office, South Central 
Region, Enforcement Bureau:

     On June 23, 2004, the Commission's Norfolk Office 
released a Notice of Apparent Liability (``Notice'').  This 
erratum corrects an address error in paragraph 10 in the 
released Notice.

     1.   This erratum amends the Notice to add the address 
     to send the NAL response by replacing "[Norfolk 
     Office]" to "Norfolk Office, 1457 Mt. Pleasant Rd., 
     Suite #113, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322."
