denying the application of Evansville Skywave, Inc. for a
new FM radio station in Evansville, IN. (MM Docket 88-
403 by MO&O [FCC 94-125] adopted May 27 by the
Commission)
EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Notified Eagle
Communications of an apparent liability for a forfeiture in
the amount of $4,000 for willful and repeated violations of
the Communications Act and the Commission's rules by
commencing operation without timely filing FCC Form 489.

required to delete references to individual case base pricing
in their expanded interconnection tariff. Supplemental
Direct Cases must be filed by June 15, oppositions filed by
