Communications of an apparent liability for a forfeiture in
the amount of $4,000 for willful and repeated violations of
the Communications Act and the Commission's rules by

Telephone Companies to show cause why they should not be
required to delete references to individual case base pricing
in their expanded interconnection tariff.  Supplemental
Direct Cases must be filed by June 15, oppositions filed by
