TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY GRANTED LICENSE TO
PROVIDE ITFS AT BRYAN, TX (Report MM-834, Mass

     The Commission has granted the application of
Texas A&M University for Instructional Television Fixed
Service facilities to operate on Channels C1-C4 at Bryan,
TX.

AMERICAN TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH
COMPANY vs. MCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS
CORPORATION.  Granted complaint filed by American
Telephone and Telegraph Company against MCI
Telecommunications Corporation which alleged that MCI 
unlawfully provided service pursuant to a non-uniform
accounting rate between the United States and the United
Arab Emirates in violation of the Commission's
International Settlements Policy, Commission rules, and the
Communications Act. (By MO&O [DA 94-581] adopted 
May 31 by the Commission)

POWERSPECTRUM, INC. Extended to June 20, the
deadline for PowerSpectrum, Inc. to respond to Cleveland
Mobile Radio, Inc.'s petition to issue show cause order. (By
Order [DA 94-618]  adopted June 10 by the Deputy Chief,
Land Mobile and Microwave Division, Private Radio

ESAW INDUSTRIES, INC. Affirmed monetary forfeiture

JEFF GUNARI. Cancelled monetary forfeiture imposed
against Mr. Jeff Gunari for operating an Emergency
Position Indicting Radio Beacon on board his vessel. (By
Order [DA 94-567] adopted May 21 by the Chief, Field
Operations Bureau)

MARY MCCLURE. Affirmed monetary forfeiture and
ordered Mary McClure to pay forfeiture in the amount of
$200 for operating on Marine Channel 28, on the marine
radio service, with an expired license. (By Order [DA 94-
568] adopted May 24 by the Chief, Field Operations
Bureau) 
MICHAEL MCDONALD. Reduced monetary forfeiture and
ordered Michael McDonald to pay forfeiture in the amount 
of $100 for operating on Marine Channel 16 from an
unlicensed radio transmitter aboard a vessel which identified
as "TOUCHE, WYR3682," with Washington state vessel
registration number WN2316LF. (By Order [DA 94-570]
adopted May 24 by the Chief, Field Operations Bureau)
