TV FOOD NETWORK.  Responded to letter from  TV
Food Network seeking confirmation that the addition of the
TV Food Network to cable systems prior to July 14, 1994
will not constitute a restructuring triggering refund liability
pursuant to the Commission's rules, consistent with the
Commission's rulings relating to the fX channel.  (By Letter
[DA 94-596] adopted June 13 by the Chief, Cable Services
Bureau)

ACI MICRO.  Denied ACI reconsideration of monetary
forfeiture of $10,000  issued for willful violation of the
Communications Act and the Commission's rules by
offering for sale computers that had not been certified as
required by the rules.  (By Order [DA 94-575] adopted June
1 by the Chief, Field Operations Bureau)












GARY H. ANDERSON.  Granted in part, denied in part,
Anderson's petition for reconsideration of forfeiture order
in the amount of $2,000 issued in violation of the
Communications Act for unauthorized operation on
frequency 4242.0 kHz on board the vessel JANET LYNNE,
WYQ7080.  (By Order [DA 94-571] adopted May 24 by the
Chief, Field Operations Bureau)

MARITIME RADIO STATION WAP8267.  Granted in
part, denied in part, Hugh Mac Towing Corporation's
petition for reconsideration of monetary forfeiture of
$12,000 for willful violation of the Communications Act and
repeated violation of the Commission's rules for failing to
respond to Commission correspondence regarding operation
on an unauthorized frequency.  (By Order [DA 94-574]
adopted June 1 by the Chief, Field Operations Bureau)

SEABREEZE PARASAIL.  Denied Seabreeze
reconsideration of forfeiture of $2,000 for operation of radio
station on 156.925 MHz with no authorization issued by the
FCC.  (By Order [DA 94-573] adopted June 1 by the Chief,
Field Operations Bureau)

TN TECHNOLOGIES.  Notified TN Technologies of an
apparent liability for a forfeiture in the amount of $14,000
for willful violation of the Communications Act and the
Commission's rules by offering an unapproved device for
sale.  (By NAL [DA 94-572] adopted May 31 by the Chief,
Field Operations Bureau)

CABLE OPERATORS' RATE JUSTIFICATION FILINGS. 
Clarified deadlines and granted in part an extension of time 
to July 14 the time for submissions to correct or amend
pending cost-of-service filings; all other filing deadlines

emergency waiver of the rules to permit Telemiami to
continue to pay to TCI TKR of South Dade, Inc. its current
leased access charges pending resolution of a separate

PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES (PCS). 
Adopted modifications to PCS band plan; created significant
benefits for consumers and business.  (Gen Docket No. 90-
314 by MO&O [FCC 94-144] adopted June 9 by the
Commission)

BELL OPERATING COMPANIES.  Ordered that  Bell
operating Companies' Tariff FCC No. 1, Transmittal No.
7, which modified rates and charges to reflect more current
demand and cost forecast data,  is subject to the
investigation instituted in CC Docket No. 93-129; ordered
