BROWNSVILLE, OR.  Consented to assign the license and
construction permit of KGAL((FM), BROWNSVILLE, OR,
from Eads Broadcasting Corporation to C & C
Broadcasting, Inc., and modified the facilities of
KGAL(FM).  (By MO&O [FCC 94-129] adopted May 27
by the Commission)

SUSAN JACOBS DESIGNS, INC.  Affirmed the grant of
a Subpart S station (SMR) license to Susan Jacobs Design
for a new station 52.46 miles from a station licensed to
