LIFETIME TELEVISION. Granted request filed by
Consumer Satellite Systems, Inc. (CSS) and dismissed the
complaint  filed by CSS alleging that Lifetime Television 
violated Commission rules by charging Consumer Satellite
Systems, Inc. excessive and discriminatory prices for
Lifetime's programming service. (By Order [DA 94-705]

OPEN NETWORK ARCHITECTURE. Granted, in part,
