Broadcasting Corporation and dismissed its petition seeking
reconsideration of the Report and Order denying the
proposal to  upgrade FM facilities at  Sonora. Terminated
proceeding.  (MM Docket 89-108 by MO&O [DA 94-620] 
adopted June 10 by the Chief, Policy and Rules Division,
Mass Media Bureau)

LENOIR, NC.  On remand, granted the application of 
Foothills Broadcasting, Inc. for a new FM station on
Channel 277A at Lenoir. (MM Docket 90-430 by SID [FCC
94D-6] adopted June 23 by ALJ Walter C. Miller)

EQUAL ACCESS.  Began inquiry into interconnection
obligations of CMRS providers and sought comment on
requiring CMRS providers to provide equal access;
examined LEC provisions of interconnection to CMRS
providers. Comments are due August 30; replies September

the Commission) 



DAVID J. LAING. Ordered  David J. Laing to forfeit 
$400 for operating on Marine Channel 16 without the
required Commission authorization. (By Order [DA 94-664]

MISS SHELL SEAFOOD COMPANY. Ordered Miss Shell 
Seafood Company to forfeit  $1,600 for transmitting on an 
unauthorized frequency. (By Order [DA 94-665] adopted

NAN TAN COMPUTER COMPANY. Notified Nan Tan 
Computer Company of its apparent liability of forfeiture in
the amount $7,000 for marketing equipment for which the
equipment authorization had been voided due to
unauthorized modifications, resulting in radiated emissions

ROBERT V. CROW. Ordered Robert V. Crow to forfeit 
$2000 for operating an aircraft radio station without a

RODNEY LYNN MURPHY.   Ordered Rodney Lynn
Murphy to forfeit  $19,000 for   transmitting radio signals 
on a frequency for which he was not licensed; using a
transmitter that was not FCC type -accepted; transmitting in
excess of the maximum power permitted and transmitting
obscene, indecent or profane language. (By Order [DA 94-

CINCINNATI BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY. Denied
petition filed by MCI Telecommunications Corporation
seeking suspension and investigation of Cincinnati Bell
Telephone Company (CBT) Tariff F.C.C. No. 35 - 
Transmittal No. 655 to increase the Carrier Common Line
rates that CBT charges interexchange carriers and others for
