COMMISSION AFFIRMS DISMISSAL OF
SACRAMENTO RSA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP'S
APPLICATION FOR CELLULAR SERVICE AT TEXAS
21 (CHAMBERS) RSA - (Report No. CC-579, Common
Carrier Action)
     The FCC has affirmed the dismissal of Sacramento
RSA Limited Partnership's cellular application for violating
the alien ownership rules.  Sacramento sought
reconsideration of the Commission's decision.

IMPAC PROTECTION SERVICES.  Ordered Impac
Protection Services to forfeit $12,800  for  willful and 
repeated violation of the Communications Act for
unauthorized operation of a radio station on the frequencies
of 462.125 MHz and 467-125 MHz from July 16-18, 1991.

JAN LANE, INC.  Ordered Jan Lane's to forfeit $2,000 
for willful violation of the Communications Act for

JINMA COMPUTER COMPANY.  Ordered Jinma
Computer Company to forfeit $5,600 for willful violation of 
the Communications Act and the Commission's rules  for
marketing a computer device without certification or

JOHN MCHENRY.  Ordered John McHenry to forfeit $100
for violating the Communications Act and the Commission's 
rules  for McHenry's voice transmissions on Marine
Channel 70 from the vessel, SEYMOUR, without the

LARRY RITCHIE.  Granted, in part, reconsideration of the
$2,000 forfeiture issued to Larry Ritchie for willful and
repeated violation of the Communications Act by operating
a radio station on October 12, 14, and 17, 1992, on 
frequency 5555.0 kHz without having a license or other
authorization from the FCC.  (By Order [DA 94-670]

NATIONAL COMPUTER, INC.  Ordered National 
Computer, Inc. to forfeit $5,600 for violation of the 
Communications Act and the Commission's rules by
marketing uncertified personal computers.  (By Order [DA

Bureau)

USER FRIENDLY COMPUTERS.  Ordered  User Friendly
Computers to forfeit $5,600 for violation of the 
Communications Act and the Commission's rules by
offering for sale in a retail sales environment personal
computes that lacked an equipment authorization issued by
the FCC.  (By Order [DA 94-668] adopted June 20 by the
Chief, Field Operations Bureau)

YELLOW CAB COMPANY OF PALO ALTO.  Denied
Yellow Cab reconsideration of the monetary forfeiture of
$4,000 issued for violation the Communications Act and the
Commissions rules  by operating a fixed mobile relay
transmitter at  a location not authorized under its license and
for operating  a fixed control station on a mobile frequency.
