WSNR-TV, SYRACUSE, NY; WAIVES ONE-TO-A-

The Commission has consented to assign the license
of WSNR-TV, Ind., Channel 43, in Syracuse, NY, from
Salt of the Earth Broadcasting, Ltd., to Salt of the Earth
Broadcasting Corp.
