reaffirmed it commitment to its expanded interconnection

EXPANDED INTERCONNECTION/VIRTUAL
COLLOCATION. Set forth a uniform Tariff Review Plan
and certain other requirements to govern cost support
material that LECs must file to support their tariff filings
under the Commission's mandatory virtual collocation
