WALT DISNEY COMPANY.  Conditionally granted Walt
Disney Company's petition for a waiver of program access
rules until such time as Madeira Land Company, Inc. either
begins residential distribution or adds other non-Disney
owned hotels to its distribution system; further ordered that
at such time Disney will again appear before the FCC in an
attempt to make a showing why continued validity of the
waiver is in the public interest, should it wish the waiver to

SMALL CABLE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION.  Issued letter
to Small  Cable  Business  Association  clarifying  certain
provisions of the Commission's revised cable rate
regulations regarding the unbundling of equipment charges

846] adopted August 2 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

MTV NETWORKS, INC.   Issued  letter  granting  a
limited waiver of the rules to permit operators to receive
commissions from MTV Networks' experimental home
shopping programming without offsetting such revenues
against programming costs in calculating costs eligible for
