Additionally, the Commission ordered that prior action renewing WNGC453 for two of five channels is rescinded and that Mobilcom's renewal application is returned to pending status. Mobilcom Pittsburg is authorized to operate its five channel trunked SMR station during the pendency of the rulemaking proceeding, and until action is taken on the reinstated renewal application.
