MOBILCOM PITTSBURG GRANTED A TEMPORARY
STAY OF THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE LOADING
REQUIREMENTS FOR SMR SERVICE STATIONS
(Report No. GN-164)
     The FCC  has granted Mobilcom Pittsburg, Inc. a
temporary stay of the enforcement of the loading
requirement for stations in the Specialized Mobile Radio
(SMR) service pending the outcome of a rulemaking
proceeding which proposes to eliminate the requirement. 
Additionally, the Commission ordered that prior action
renewing WNGC453 for two of five channels is rescinded
and that Mobilcom's renewal application is returned to
pending status.  Mobilcom Pittsburg is authorized to operate
its five channel trunked SMR station during the pendency of
the rulemaking proceeding, and until action is taken on the
reinstated renewal application.

     The Commission has proposed minor modifications
to its  procedural rules governing informal complaints
against common carriers.  Specifically, the Commission
proposed modifying certain filing and notice requirements,
and clarifying the role of carriers in informal complaint
proceedings.

FOX TELEVISION STATIONS, INC.  Granted Fox

the broadcast pictures and descriptions of National Football
League pre-season and regular season football games.  The
STA begins on August 12, 1994 and continues through
11:59 p.m. local time on September 26, 1994, or until
action on  the relevant pending Fox application, whichever
