COMMISSION DENIES MOTION TO STAY THE
EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS ORDER AMENDING THE
SCHEDULE OF FEES - GEN. DOCKET 86-285 (Report
DC-2645, Action in Docket Case)  
     The FCC has denied a motion filed by the law firm
of Brown and Schwaninger requesting that the Commission 
stay the effective date, July 18,  1994, of its  increases in
the fees for applications and other filings. 
     Action by the Commission August 5, 1994, by
