reconsideration of the allotment of Channel 282A at Inglis,

REQUEST FOR CARRIAGE. Granted petition filed by

Napa, Petaluma, Pinole, Crockett and American Canyon,
CA, because it had  determined that KTEH does not 
encompass the system's principal headend located at Big

failed  to comply with the channel positioning requirements 
of the Commission's rules and the  1992 Cable Act. (By
MO&O [DA 94-899] adopted August 10 by the Chief,
Cable Services Bureau)

AMENDMENT OF COMMISSION RULES OF 
PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE.  Adopted a new rule that
explicitly provides that all documents are considered filed
with the Commission upon receipt at the location designated 
by the Commission. (By Order [FCC 94-210] adopted
August 9 by the Commission)
