INTERSTATE GENERAL PROPERTIES; AUTHORIZES

Action)
     Granted applications of Interstate NEWS General
Properties Limited Partnership, S.E. (IGP) to acquire the
licenses of television stations: 1) WSJN-TV, Channel
24/Ind., San Juan, PR, from JEM Communications, Inc.; 2)
WKPV(TV), Channel 20/Ind., Ponce, PR, from Multi
Media Television, Inc., which wholly owns JEM, subject to
conditions; and, 3) WJWN-TV, Channel 38/Ind., San
Sebastian, PR, from Tele 38, Inc. 
     Action by the Commission August 29, 1994, by

SYLVESTER, GA.  Remanded for hearing on basic
qualifying issues previously specified against CAM in
proceeding involving the competing applications of Thomas
W. Lawhorne and CAM Broadcasting, Inc., for a new FM

BARDEN CABLEVISION.  Denied reconsideration of
certification of the Detroit Cable Communications
Commission to regulate the cable system's basic cable rates
