TV MARKETS.  Proposed amending rules to add the
community of Sanger to the Fresno-Visalia-Hanford-Clovis,
CA, TV market.  The change would allow KMSG-TV,
Sanger, to be carried on certain systems in the market as a
"local" station. (CS Docket 94-99, by NPRM [DA 94-987]
adopted September 2 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau).
