SEAWEST YACHT BROKERS ORDERED TO FORFEIT
$400 FOR OPERATING AN UNLICENSED COAST
STATION (Report No. GN-166, General Action)
     The Commission has ordered Seawest Yacht
Brokers, dba San Juan Marina, to forfeit $400 for willful
violation of the  Communication Act by operating an
unlicensed radio station on Marine channel 68.
     Action by the Commission September 24 by Notice
of Forfeiture (FCC 94-247).

MAMOU AND JONESVILLE, LA.  Dismissed petition for
rulemaking by SoTo Broadcasting to substitute Channel
266C3 for Channel 266A at Mamou, and to modify its

Chief, Allocations Branch)

WOODVILLE, MS, AND CLAYTON AND JENA, LA. 
Proposed substituting Channel 299C3 for Channel 299A at
Woodville, and modifying the construction permit of PDB
Broadcasting accordingly; substituting Channel 274A for
Channel 257A at Jena, and modifying the license of
WJNA(FM) accordingly; and substituting Channel 257A for
vacant but applied for Channel 300A at Clayton.  Ordered
River Radio Company, licensee of WJNA(FM), Jena, to
show cause by November 25 why its license should not be
modified.  Comments are due November 25, replies
