FCC MODIFIES RENEWAL DATES FOR CERTAIN 
STATIONS LICENSED UNDER PART 74 OF THE
RULES; REVISES FCC FORM 303-S - MM DOCKET 92-
168 (Report DC-2671, Action in Docket Case) 
     The FCC has changed the license renewal dates 
for FM radio and television translator stations and low
power television  stations licensed under Part 74 of the rules
to coincide with those of full service radio or televisions
operation in the same state.

provide an electronic filing capability to the volunteer-
examiner coordinators; to clarify  that amateur station and 
operator licenses are authorized as soon as the license data
is entered into the Commission's licensee data base, and to
