In three of the 11 cases, consumer refunds were ordered, totalling approximately $500,000. The refunds were ordered in Nashville, TN, (Viacom), Goodlettsville, TN (Viacom), and Baltimore County, MD (Comcast Cablevision). The orders resolve these complaints and cover rates in effect prior to May 15, 1994.
