STATEMENT OF CHAIRMAN REED HUNDT
     FCC Chairman Reed Hundt released a statement in
response to an article that appeared in the December 5
edition of BUSINESS WEEK.

FCC  ESTABLISHES WIRELESS
TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU
     The Commission announced today the establishment
of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (previously the
Wireless Telecommunications Task Force).  The Bureau
will begin operations immediately.
