CABLE ACTIONS. In response to letters to the
Commission  alleging violations by six (6) cable companies
of Commission regulations governing the provision of cable 
service, ordered that their packages may be treated as a new
product tier under the "Going Forward  Order." (By 
MO&Os  [DA 94-1423, 28 - 32] adopted December 9 by 
the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

charged by three (3) cable companies for  cable
programming services, ordered that their  packages may be
treated as a new product tier under the "Going Forward
