COMMISSION REJECTS VARIOUS PETITIONS FILED
IN PROCEEDING FOR NEW FM STATION AT
RALEIGH, NC - MM DOCKET NO. 88-306 (Report No.

     The Commission has addressed several petitions 
filed with respect to the proceeding for a new FM  station
on Channel 275A in Raleigh, NC.  Specifically, the
Commission has dismissed on procedural grounds the
requests for extraordinary relief filed by Rem Mallow
Broadcasting; denied the motion to disqualify counsel filed
by Free Air Corporation; and, dismissed as moot related
motions to stay filed by Rem Malloy and Free Air.

Hill, FL, and the denial of CFCG's competing application.
