     The Commission has denied Avid Communications,
Inc.'s application for review of the Review Board's
dismissal of its application for a new FM station on Channel
233A at Temecula, CA.

COMMISSION DENIES RECONSIDERATION OF
ORDER CONCERNING MESSAGE FORWARDING
SYSTEMS IN THE AMATEUR SERVICE - PR DOCKET
NO. 93-85 (Report No. DC-2700, Action in Docket Case)
     The Commission has denied Phil Karn
reconsideration of its decision concerning  message
forwarding systems in the Amateur Service.  Karn sought
reconsideration of the Commission's decision that requires
the licensee of the forwarding station to either authenticate
the identity of the station from which it accepts
communications on behalf of the system, or accept
accountability for the content of the message.

MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE OF MIAMI,
INC. DENIED REVIEW OF FREQUENCY
ASSIGNMENT AND ITS CONVERSION TO TRUNKED
USE
     The FCC has denied Mobile Communications
Service of Miami, Inc. review of the grant of an application
allowing Regional Communications, Inc. to take assignment
of frequency 853.1875 MHz from Dale Walsh and convert
the frequency to trunked use.  In its petition, Mobile asked
the Commission to set aside a grant of authority to Regional
which allowed Regional to take assignment of a single
channel conventional station and then to convert that channel
to trunked  use in an SMR system.
