Company, L.P.; dismissed the application of Rivertown
Communications Company, Inc.; granted the application of
Sample Broadcasting Company, L.P. for a new FM station
on Channel 282C3 at Eldon. Terminated proceeding. (By
MO&O [FCC 94R-22] adopted December 29 by the Review
Board)

RALEIGH, NC.  Dismissed request for extraordinary relief
filed by Rem Malloy and Free Air Corporation asking  the 
Commission to reverse a Review Board's order in reference
to applications for a new FM station on Channel 275A at
Raleigh. (By MO&O [FCC 94-335] adopted December 22
by the Commission)

FREQUENCY ALLOCATIONS. Amended and clarified the
Table of Frequency Allocation, Section 2.106 of the
Commission's Rules by removing an obsolete United States
footnote and correcting printing errors from previous
Commission decision. (By Order  [DA 95-2] adopted
