for resolution of  local rate order of DPUC.  (By Order

waiver of the SMATV-cable cross-ownership rules,

PARAGON CABLE.   Granted, in part, Fouce's complaint
against Paragon; ordered Paragon to carry the signal of

TCI CABLEVISION OF CENTRAL CONNECTICUT. 
Remanded to the Connecticut Department of Public Utility
Control (DPUC) for resolution TCI's complaint concerning
a local rate order of DPUC.  (By Order [DA 95-59] adopted
January 18 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

INDECENT COMMUNICATIONS BY TELEPHONE.   At
the request of the National Telephone Cooperative
Association, the Commission has clarified that carriers that
use the billing services of local exchange carriers (LECs)
must notify the LECs when billing is for an adult message
service provider.  (Gen. Docket No. 90-64 by Order on
Partial  Reconsideration [FCC 94-346] adopted December
23 by the Commission)
