Tower Hill  as its first broadcast service.  Comments are
due March 20; replies April 4.  (MM  Docket No. 95-13 by
NPRM [DA 95-72] adopted January 18 by the Chief,
Allocations Branch, Mass Media Bureau)

CUSHING AND CLEVELAND, TX.  Effective March 17,
substituted Channel 246C for Channel 246C1 at Cleveland,
TX,  to provide that community with an additional wide
coverage area FM service;  modified the construction permit
of Texas Classical Radio, Inc.,  for station KRTK-FM,
Cleveland, TX, to specify operation on Channel 246C in
lieu of Channel 246C1.  (MM Docket No. 91-172 by R&O
[DA 95-93] adopted January 19 by the Chief, Allocations
Branch)

HUDSON, TX.  Proposed allotting Channel 242A to
Hudson as its first broadcast service.  Comments are due

FM ALLOTMENTS--VARIOUS LOCATIONS.  Amended
the FM Table of Allotments to specify the classes of

CENTURY CABLE.  Dismissed complaint filed by Citrus
County Association for Retarded Citizens, licensee of low
power television station W49AI,  Inglis-Yankeetown, FL,
claiming that Century Cable, an operator of a cable
television system serving Dunnellon,  FL, refused to carry
the station.  (By MO&O [DA 95-80] adopted January 19 by
the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau)







CONTINENTAL CABLEVISION OF SIERRA VALLEYS,
INC.   Denied The Kralowec Children's Family Trust
complaint against Continental  alleging Continental's failure
to comply with the channel positioning requirements of the
Commission's rules and the 1992 Cable Act.  (By MO&O
[DA 95-71] adopted January 17 by the Chief, Cable
Services Bureau)

DIMENSION CABLE SERVICES.   Dismissed complaint
filed by Wolfe Communications, Inc.,  licensee of low
power television station W19BN, Defiance, OH,  alleging
that W19BN is a fully-qualified low power television station
within the meaning of the Commission's rules and therefore,
is entitled to carriage on Dimension's cable systems serving
Defiance and Napoleon, OH.  (By MO&O [DA 95-81]
adopted January 18 by the Deputy Chief, Cable Services
Bureau)

TIME WARNER CABLE.   Denied Time Warner's petition
for special relief;  granted  Group H Broadcasting
Corporation's request for carriage of WYED on Time
Warner's  cable system serving Fayetteville, NC, and
neighboring communities.   (By MO&O [DA 95-82] adopted
January 19 by the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

TCI CABLEVISION OF OHIO, INC.    Denied Wolfe
Communications, Inc. 's  complaint against TCI Cablevision
of Ohio, Inc., claiming that TCI had declined to carry  low
power television station W19BN, Defiance, OH, even
though  W19BN is a fully-qualified low power television
station within the meaning of the Commission's rules and
the Cable Act of 1992.  (By MO&O [DA 95-64] adopted

Responded to requests from various  State Public Utilities
Commissions for confidential treatment of materials
submitted to support their petitions  to retain their ability to
