INTERNATIONAL BUREAU GRANTS AT&T AND BT 
NORTH AMERICA AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE
SERVICE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND THE
UNITED KINGDOM 
     The FCC's International Bureau has authorized
AT&T and BT North America to provide new international
phone service between the United States and the United
Kingdom.
     Action by the International Bureau by MOO and
Authorizations (DA 95-119 and 95-120).
