     The Commission today adopted rules to increase the
efficiency of its processing of applications for new
Instructional Television Fixed Service stations, major
amendments to such applications, and major changes to
existing  stations.

NYNEX AUTHORIZED TO OFFER VIDEO DIALTONE
IN MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND (Report
95-13, Common Carrier Action)
     The Commission granted the applications of New
England and Telephone Co.  to construct and operate video
dialtone facilities in certain areas of Massachusetts and
Rhode Island, upon finding that the grant of NYNEX's
application, subject to certain conditions, will serve the
public interest.

FCC PROPOSES SEPARATE PRICE CAP BASKET FOR
VIDEO DIALTONE SERVICES - CC DOCKET 94-1

separate price cap basket for video dialtone services and
sought comment on whether this plan would promote
efficient pricing, protect telephone ratepayers and reduce
administrative costs of regulating video dialtone prices.

service that will pass 12,000 homes outside Atlanta.
