TCI CABLE VISION.  Dismissed complaints  filed against
TCI Cablevision  concerning its charges for cable 
programming service tiers in various communities. (By
MO&O [DA 95-230] adopted February 14 by the Deputy 
Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

CABLE RATE  ORDERS. Granted request filed by various
franchising authorities to withdraw complaints alleging that
the prices charged for cable programming service in
different communities were unreasonably high: C-TEC [DA
95-231] and TCI Cablevision of Greater Michigan,
American Cablevision, Paragon Cable, Multimedia
Cablevision, Lincoln Cablevision and Charter
Communications [DA 95-232]. (By MO&Os  [DA 95-231

PRICE CAP.  Proposed to establish a separate price cap
basket for video dialtone services and sought comment on
whether this plan would promote efficient pricing, protect
telephone ratepayers and reduce administrative costs of

Further NPRM [FCC 95-49] adopted February 7 by the
Commission)

ROCHESTER TELEPHONE CORPORATION, ET AL.
Granted, in part, waiver request filed by Rochester
Telephone Corporation, Mid-South Telecommunications
Company, Inc., Ontonagon County Telephone Company and
Midway Telephone Company seeking  waiver of the
Commission's rules which would allow Ontonogon and 
Midway to withdraw from price cap regulation and become 
subject to cost-of-service regulation, and place Ontonagon
and Midway in the National Exchange Carrier Association
