HILTON HEAD TELEVISION, INC.  Ordered that the
license of station WTGS-TV, Hardeeville, DC, be renewed
subject to conditions and issued NAL for $27,500 for EEO
violations. (By MO&O [FCC 95-44] adopted February 3 by
the Commission)

PYRAMID COMMUNICATIONS. Granted waiver of one-
to-a-market rule on behalf of Leonard Lieberman, a
nominee to Pyramid's board of directors. (By letter [FCC
95-57] adopted February 13 by the Commission)

WITHDRAWAL OF FCC FORM 329 RATE
COMPLAINTS AGAINST TCI CABLEVISION OF
GREATER MICHIGAN, AMERICAN CABLEVISION,
PARAGON CABLE, MULTIMEDIA CABLEVISION, TV
TRANSMISSION INC., LINCOLN CABLEVISION, AND
CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS.  Granted permission to
withdraw FCC Form 329 rate complaints against cable
programming service rates in the above-noted communities.

CENTURY CABLE TV.  Ordered that the a la carte
packages created by Century Cable TV in various
communities may be treated as new product tiers under the
Going Forward Order and dismissed all FCC Form 329
complaints pending against the company.  (By MO&O [DA
95-247] adopted February 16 by the Deputy Chief, Cable
Services Bureau)

C-TEC CABLE SYSTEMS, ET ALL. Ordered that the
Commission's letters of inquiry with respect to allegations
of rate freeze violations involving C-TEC Cable Systems,
McBain and Zeeland Charter Township, Michigan and
Century Southwest Cable TV, Beverly Hills and Los
Angeles, California are terminated subject to compliance by
the system's operators with the Bureau's previous orders.

MULTIVISION CABLE TV.  Remanded the appeal of the
local order, with respect to the issue of the regulatory status
of Multivision's a la carte package to the City for resolution
and remanded appeal of local order with respect to the

February 16 by the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

PARAGON CABLE MANHATTAN.  Granted, to an
extent,  complaints against Paragon's cable programming
service tier in New York, New York and ordered that it
place into effect price reductions in CPS rates. (By MO&O

Services Bureau)

NYNEX TELEPHONE COMPANIES.  Denied MCI
Telecommunications Corporation petition to suspend and
investigate NYNEX Tariff FCC Transmittal NO. 365
scheduled to become effective on January 20, 1995.  (By
Order [DA 95-257] adopted February 16 by the Acting
Chief, Tariff Division, Common Carrier Bureau)

COMSAT CORPORATION.  Denied Motorola Satellite
Communication's "Motion for Clarification" in the
proceeding involving COMSAT's participation in a new
Inmarsat Satellite System Designed to Provide Service to
Handheld Communications Devices.  (By Order [DA 95-
227] adopted February 13 by the Chief, International
Bureau)

US WEST. Suspended and set for investigation US West's
Transmittal 576 to revise its Tariff FCC No. 5 to lengthen
the deadline for converting from physical collocation to
virtual collocation.  (CC Docket 94-97, by Order [DA 95-
270).  

PRIVATE LAND MOBILE RADIO SERVICES.  Ordered
that the request by SEA, Inc., E.F. Johnson Company,
Linear Modulation Technology Limited and other parties for
extension of the deadline for construction of non-nationwide
220 MHz stations are granted, in part, and otherwise
denied; extended deadline to December 31, 1995.  (PR
Docket No. 89-552 by Order [DA 95-251] adopted February
16 by the  Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau)

ALLOCATION OF SPECTRUM BELOW 5 GHz.  The
FCC has allocated 50 megahertz of spectrum that was
transferred from Federal Government to private section use.

ERRATUM.  Correcting NPRM, FCC 95-39, in the matter
of amending Section 2.106 of the Commission's Rules to
allocate spectrum at 2 GHZ for use by the Mobile-Satellite
Service (ET Docket No. 95-18)

1995 ANNUAL ACCESS TARIFFS.   Issued summary cost
support material that local exchange carriers (LECs) should
file to support their annual access charge tariff filings on or
