for station KMPC(AM), Los Angeles, CA,  from Golden 
West Broadcasters to KABC-AM Radio, Inc.;  granted
KABC-AM radio's request for waiver of the  Commission's
one-to-a-market rule. (By MO&O [FCC 94-361] adopted
December 30 by the Commission)

OSHKOSH, WI., ET AL. AND MENOMINEE, MI. 
Effective April 7, substituted Channel 280C3 for Channel
280A at Oshkosh and  reallotted the channel to Winneconne, 
WI;   modified the license of WMGV(FM)  accordingly; 
substituted Channel 279C3 for Channel 280A at 
Menominee, MI, and modified the license of WCJL(FM) 
accordingly;   terminated proceeding. (MM Docket 90-139

WALDPORT, OR. Proposed allotment of Channel 288A at
Waldport as that community's first local service. Comments

BRADDOCK, PA. Approved settlement agreement between
WHYW Associates, L.P., licensee of WMYG(FM),

a notice of apparent liability of forfeiture in the amount of
$16,000 for violation of the Commission's EEO rules. (By

WB CABLE ASSOCIATES, LTD. Granted petition filed by

267]; River Raisin Cablevision, City of Monroe, MI, [DA

TCI CABLEVISION OF YAKIMA VALLEY. Dismissed
complaint filed against the price TCI Cablevision of Yakima

MASADA CABLE PARTNERS II, L.P. Denied appeal
filed by Masada  Cable Partners II, L.P. with regard to a
local rate order adopted by the City of Gaffney, SC. (By

TELE-MEDIA OF MARTHA'S VINEYARD. Dismissed
complaint filed against the price Tele-Media of Martha's
Vineyard was charging for its cable programming service

Bureau)

CABLE ORDERS - RATES.  Dismissed complaints 
concerning rate increases filed against the following cable
