FCC URGES D.C. CIRCUIT TO EXPEDITE AUCTION
CASE
     The Federal Communications Commission today
asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to
expedite consideration of a case challending the
Commisson's "Entrepreneurs' block" auction for spectrum 
licneses.
