MCELROY ELECTRONICS CASE (Report No. WT 95-2,
Wireless Telecom Action)
     The Commission has adopted an order addressing
issues affecting the processing of cellular unserved area
applications reinstated pursuant to a remand by a federal
appeals court of a Commission order that had dismissed, as
prematurely filed, several applications to serve areas within
Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
