HARRISBURG, SD

The FCC has granted the application of the University of South
Dakota for a construction permit and license in the ITFS on Channels B1-B4
in Harrisburg, SD; and denied the competing application for Tri-Valley School
District #49-6 for ITFS facilities in Montrose, SD.
