INTERNATIONAL BUREAU TO CRACK DOWN ON
INTERNATIONAL DIAL-A-PORN
     The FCC's International Bureau announced that it
intends to crack down on international "dial-a-porn."  Dial-
a-porn refers to obscene or indecent communications
provided over the telephone for commercial purposes.
