apparent liability of forfeiture in the amount of $100,000 for
airing too many commercials during children's television

CLEAR CHANNEL TELEVISION, INC. Notified clear
Channel Television, Inc. (KTTU(TV), Tucson, AZ) of its 
apparent liability for  forfeiture in the amount of $125,000 
for violating the Commission's limiting the amount of
commercial matter that may be aired during children's
