     The FCC today released an order upholding  its
authorization of New York Telephone Company video
dialtone trial to three apartment buildings in NYT's
Manhattan service areas.
     Action by the Commission April 4, 1995 by Order

COMMISSION UPHOLDS AUTHORIZATION OF US
WEST TO OPERATE A VIDEO DIALTONE TRIAL IN
OMAHA (Report CC  95-24, Common Carrier Action)
     The FCC today released an order affirming its
decision to authorize US West to undertake a limited video 
dialtone trial in Omaha, Nebraska when it rejected the
petitions for reconsideration filed by Metrovision, Inc. and
the National Cable Television Association.
